Free shipping on orders over $125.00 to Contental US Locations only. Flat Rate Shipping Charge of $7.95 per order to Continental US locations. *Alaska & Hawaii shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail with an adjusted rate based on your zipcode and weight. This will be viewable during the checkout process. All UPS Shipments will be issued a tracking number via email.
Returns are accepted on unopened product. If the return is due to our error, we will pay the postage and correct the problem. If you wish to return an unopened product not caused by our error, you must pay the postage and we will credit you back minus a 10% restocking fee.
Any order returned to us due to undeliverable address, refusal or request for cancellation will receive a refund less any shipping charges incurred once the items are returned. Customer assumes all liability for any applicable state tobacco taxes as a result of purchasing through our website. Please contact your state revenue agencies if you have any state specific tax questions. Rollyourown pays all applicable Federal taxes. Lawful purchases of tobacco and accessories may be made only by customers 18 years of age or older. An adult signature will be required for delivery for these types of products. You can override this by contacting our Shipping department and/or filling our our release waiver Release Form We will keep this on file for future purchases as well.
